Since it was St Patrick’s Day yesterday, I am going to continue this blog with another Irish band.
Otherkin is a band I had never heard of until I saw them supporting the magnificent Billy Talent in August 2018. They won me over with their energy and zest on stage. Add in great riffs and an excellent singing voice, and I was sold!
There’s no official video for this song, but a live version probably sells the band better. It’s no wonder they’ve got massive support slots, including the likes of Guns N’ Roses.
When the Irish set their minds to making proper rock music, the results are often amazing. They should try it more often.
