I’m not really into cars. To me, a car is a means of getting from A to B without the distraction of other passengers - except those I’ve let into my car - and the benefit of being able to give out about and to other users without them being able to hear. Yes, I suffer from road rage. Actually, make that people rage. As I mentioned last week, I find travelling stressful and don’t like people much.
Still, when I was on my holidays in Finland recently and my hometown had its annual summer festival, I was happy to tag along to the American Car Show to see some friends and family. There is no way I could fit one of those Cadillacs on the narrow Irish country roads, but there’s no harm in looking, right?
