I have recently started running. No, not jogging. I hate running, but it just so happens that I have spent the last 27 years of my life doing a sport that requires me to run along with my dogs.
I practise every aspect of agility - training the equipment with the dogs, working on their motivation and fitness, polishing my handling skills etc.
The one thing I never worked on was my running, and I have always been a painfully slow runner. I've now signed up to an online exercise programme aimed specifically at agility handlers. I've even bought football shoes for running.
Sadly, our arena is destroyed with heavy rain, so I did one of my recent sessions in a quiet, abandoned spot near the house. This was my view on the day.
