The agility season has not come to a great start. Our classes have been on a break for several weeks now because our arena is destroyed from constant rain, and now shows are being cancelled because of the COVID-19. It feels like the apocalypse with people hoarding items like pasta, rice and toilet paper. Perhaps selfishly, I’m just sad that I don’t get to do two of my favourite things, agility and gigs. I was supposed to fly out to Paris this weekend to see Sick Joy again, but that’s cancelled, and I’m sure that will be only the first of many cancelled live shows.
In the meantime, I’m keeping fit for agility and trying to do whatever training I can. This was Dexter and I after a wet and muddy session last week.
The only good thing about everything being cancelled is that I am getting tons of writing done!
