Exercise. I used to hate it, but in the past year and a bit, I’ve started to enjoy it. I even enjoy running which I previously only did on agility courses and if I was in a real hurry. No wonder my running on agility courses was so slow then.
Which is why I decided that I needed to get faster. I am now, and I love working on my fitness and speed.
The only thing missing is shows to test my newly found running speed!
