Time for a complaint. Well, not so much a complaint, but I need to point this out.
I’m not going to mention any names, but I recently stayed in this… Hotel is not the right word. Accommodation. The room had curtains that were way too small to cover the windows. The room was on the ground floor. The windows overlooked the street. How are people supposed to sleep like that?
I was travelling with my sister, and we had to get inventive. With no bed throw or blanket in the room, we had to rely on our bath towels to cover the gaps. There were no other towels in the room, so every time we washed our hands, we then had to run across to the window to dry them. Not very inconvenient.
If you’re considering opening any rooms for the public to stay in, please at least make sure that their privacy is guaranteed.
