Apple trees.
Our apple trees looked stunning recently, being in full bloom.
I grew up with an enormous apple tree in the backgarden, so seeing them in bloom always brings back memories of my childhood. My dad still has a photo in my home house, taken when I was only a few years old and standing under said tree - I look tiny and the tree huge!
The best thing is that our apples are excellent for cooking. We have recently experimented with cider making too, but so far, the results have been… well, interesting.
