I owe Young Guns a lot. I would probably never have been Francesqa live if it wasn’t for them supporting YG at Academy 2 in Dublin ten years ago. I went on to see Francesqa on their own a couple of times before they broke up… Then they regrouped as MMX, which dwindled down to nothing, then supposedly came back as Francesqa again, but I haven’t heard much on that front recently either. I get it, it’s a tough business, but I loved their music. Nice guys, too.
